Chatham is a really great branch for interior and service.
We can on a really busy day, we did only have to wait inside for a table for around 10-15 mins and we were more than happy to do so.
They checked to make sure we were okay with being seated upstairs and we were totally fine with this, staff were caring and made sick to check allergies, if you do you must order direct.
Food is always great and you can not go wrong with a Nando’s!
I love the wraps the most, chicken but I love that you can add to the wrap so I usually add a small extra and it comes out so well.
My partner ordered the burger and the Zoe’s of that was great. Portion wise you get a lot for your money and I think that this is great!
The flavours are great, great that there is extra sauce if you want it, always nice to try a new one if you haven’t before!
Service was great, food comes out at a good time considering it was busy, and we were asked additionally if anything was needed and during the meal if it was all great!
A bonus is that you can order via qr code so if you do not want to go downstairs for any reason, you can just order via your table.
The interior is great, the atmosphere that Nando’s creates is great, warm and welcoming.
I also love that they sell their own Nando’s sauce gifts in there, you don’t get them else where.

Read moreThis has to be the most unwelcoming restaurant I’ve ever been to. A while back, they were doing a raffle for charity, I bought a ticket and won a feel meal. Went back to claim it a few weeks later, with the ticket in tow only to be told by the manager that “we can’t just give you free food”. Yes really. After sometime, I visited the restaurant again. Waited at the counter for 35 mins as someone in the queue was ordering for a large group. Fine, but after finally ordering our food, waited nearly 40 mins and it still hadn’t arrived. Apparently it didn’t enter their system and the receipt I’d been given wasn’t even mine. When I complained they took my email address to send me vouchers. No voucher ever arrived. Stupidly went back yesterday after a long time. It was early, place was empty and there was one person ordering in front of me. While it was clear that the customer wasn’t sure what she wanted to order, after she did, the member of staff prolonged the process with general chit chat. I stood there for 15 mins listening while at least three other members of staff floated around treating me like I was invisible. One of them did finally come to serve me as we started to talk about whether to just leave. Read moreAfter a particularly bad day my partner and I decided to have a take away, so I drove the 15 mins to the restaurant and ordered at the till. I was hugely impressed when the server asked if there were any ALLERGIES and after telling her my partner had a cheese allergy they INSISTED they would clean the grill before cooking her chicken... all good so far right?
Flash forward 40 mins later and I arrive home whereby my partner tells me 'I can't eat this'... the chicken was completely covered in melted cheese!!!
I head back. Manager very apologetic and offers to re-cook chicken. I didn't think I was being too picky asking her to cook everything again and so in less than 10 minutes everything is handed back and a promise of a voucher via email is given...
I get home... chicken good, but now me are missing a corn on the cob!!!
I rang the manager and she was again very apologetic and again offered to up the value of the voucher, but surely at this point the right thing to do is just comp the meal? Send me a voucher if you want to, but admit that this time things have not exactly worked out.
