Niles Bakery — Restaurant in England

Went to niles coffee corner shop, absolutely shocking service waitress had no clue what she was doing, got order wrong when brought to their attention cook blamed waitress and waitress admitted it was her fault but did not apologise, food was not replaced for what we ordered , they added what they could "cook quickly" we were the only ones in cafe 🤷‍♀️ so we never got what we ordered and paid for, items missing, no apology, no replacement for correct order! I had an awful expierence here today. Came here to get a drink and complete an appointment with a client i support. I made sure i bought something from the cafe which looked lovely at the time. After just over half an hour we were very rudely asked to leave by a member of staff who told us it was inappropriate to be quietly talking and filling out paperwork there. Always clean and tidy when I visit, tables are cleaned quickly when someone leaves

Staff are always helpful and friendly

Sandwiches are made fresh to order, and a good selection of fillings and bread choices

Their breakfast is always good. We usually have the 2 for £16, always hot and never greasy or too much to eat

My only negative is that the breakfast doesn't include a drink. A pot of tea then puts the price up to over £20, which I feel is a...
