Niles Bakery — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately, this was the coldest customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in Cornwall ❄️. The young lady serving (mid-20s) seemed unhappy to help and gave the impression she didn’t want to be there at all. The shop was empty when I entered, despite being in a tourist location, and I had planned to buy more after tasting one of their sweet treats in a farm shop. While the food itself was great 🍰 and the location lovely 🌿, the poor service really let it down — a shame for a long-standing family...

Saved the visit to here for the last day of our holiday, the cakes and pastries look amazing so wanted to really go all out and get loads to take home with us....... We walked in and it was as if we were invisible, there was a fly walking all over some of the cakes and when I pointed it out one of the staff just replied 'brilliant' so me and the family turned around and walked back out. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, is because it's not the cakes fault...

When you specialise in Pasties they should be perfect. We bought two steak Pasties still warm from the oven at 11am by 3pm, neither my friend or i were in good shape. Both too scared to leave the hotel rooms for hours following. the other Fowey pies shops look and smell better. the hygiene rating of this shop should much lower...
