When I entered this shop with my family the person at the front with a beard had no smile when I greeted him and no facial expression at all which gave a very bad first impression.

Took my family to one end of the shop because my daughter’s pram, the isles were very tight. I couldn’t get passed to order as there was a lady being served food. The rude man who didn’t greet at the beginning again rudely told me to come to his side as this is where you order the food.

I kindly told him I’ve just took my family to the end of the restaurant and couldn’t get passed because of the small walkways. Again no facial expression, he was quite aggressive when he told me to come to the front like he wanted to beat me up or something, seriously that’s how bad the service was, won’t be surprised if there was a discriminatory tenancy behind his forehead.

I don’t know what was agitating him but it was definitely something. I ordered the food, realised that the rice for the ‘base’ was a lot and the curry portion was only a little and only put into the top. Dared not say anything as the man seemed like an arrogant guy who would explode any minute if challenged.

Then took the food to my table and we started eating, tasted bland with no salt or spice, when it’s a Chinese noodle shop expected a bit of flavour. Secondly, 1/3 into eating biting into the chicken there was a bad odour that was coming from the chicken like some of the pieces were off but carried on eating as I’m not the one that complains easily unless it gets really bad and I was hungry.

My wife mentioned the same to me just after she started eating which made me think twice and then I had to mention it to the two men because both of us weren’t happy. The guy at the till again with no facial expression or empathy full of arrogance and very poor customer service if that, said “well that’s your opinion” and the other guy with his eyes coming out of his sockets looked at me and said something again with arrogance which I forgot exactly what it was about but it was poor.

That’s when I realised I’m not a customer for them I’m just a number in their shop, maybe if I was a different person, looked different, service would be different, won’t be surprised from the service I received since entering. No empathy or apology for our thoughts and feelings but just sheer rudeness and arrogance. They said 200 people came today know one said anything, I doubt it and I won’t be surprised if it’s a lie.

Who would want to complain to people who look like they are high on something and will knock you out if you do anything to stress them? The store has nicely written halal signs at the front and inside but that’s as halal as it got after I stepped in.

I came from out of town with family for holiday and left me no choice but to write this negative review to make people aware to go to Oodle Noodles instead or have a pizza or burger instead as there food is much tastier, spicier and food and service is much more halal.

We don’t just got to eat halal for the food but also if it tastes good and the service is good too. So please think twice before going to this shop if you prefer to eat halal or not, because customers deserve better service and food for their hard earned money not to get treated like rubbish or 2nd class citizens especially from people who don’t come from the UK as the accent clearly indicated.

Yes I feel like I and my family were discriminated against with the service we received so please take my advice seriously if you care about equality in society. Take care out...

Came here on the kids mid term break. Ordered the large box and a kids box. I had the rice and kid had noodles. The food looks nice, however the rice and noodles were super bland. They gave such a huge portion of rice and were stingy in my opinion as the topping finished super fast but there was a ton of rice left. Another grip was that the lay out of selection is super haphazard, it should be base then toppings. Because of the poor lay out we missed all the other choices on display eg the sweet and sour chicken and the salt and pepper chicken. A disappointing...

I absolutely love coming to noodlex, I always have great service and all the staff very friendly and always have a smile on their faces, they will go out of their way to make you happy so you enjoy your experience, the food has sooo much flavour my personal favourite is the salt and pepper chicken ! I have never ever had a bad experience from this place and I know if I ever did the manager would immediately deal with any issues. I’m always taking my friends and family in and they love noodlex just as much as me, I would highly recommend this restaurant...

I was a bit hesitant to step in but I was glad I did. I had lunch here few days ago and the food was absolutely fantastic. The guys here are great with excellent service - always with a smile and a chat. The entire bar is very neat and tidy.
