Oddies Pizza — Restaurant in England

Placed an order with oddies pizza not too long ago, ordered online, it asks if you’re happy to pay extra for delivery as we were outside of the delivery band, I was fine with this, selected yes and paid extra. Order received no problem. Ordered today, same process online i.e. outside of delivery area are you happy to pay extra, I selected yes. Payment went through but order was cancelled. When calling it was because we were outside of delivery area. I paid extra for delivery for being outside of the delivery area, they took the funds for the food and cancelled it anyway. Absolutely awful customer service when I called. Really really...

This place is a scam..website says its all handmade real food, is just super basic takeaway, Went to shop to see about my missing delivery, shop is a different pizza restaurant selling the same food for half the price...the whole thing reeks...
