Placed an order with oddies pizza not too long ago, ordered online, it asks if you’re happy to pay extra for delivery as we were outside of the delivery band, I was fine with this, selected yes and paid extra. Order received no problem. Ordered today, same process online i.e. outside of delivery area are you happy to pay extra, I selected yes. Payment went through but order was cancelled. When calling it was because we were outside of delivery area. I paid extra for delivery for being outside of the delivery area, they took the funds for the food and cancelled it anyway. Absolutely awful customer service when I called. Really really...
