What to say, i entered at 11 am as that's the time they open expecting that I will get fresh meals.
I placed order and it took 40 minutes which is shame as I was clearly seeing that they were focusing on delivery orders and small orders as people who came after me were served with which I have no issues as it depends on order to order.
Well finally after asking and pushing few times I noticed manager finally took it serious as I said my parking is running out and I have to move car.
When I entered store, I noticed there were 10-15 wings lying in the warmer. I noticed manager putting them in blue box and then placed it in the steamer. I asked him specifically if wings are fresh on which he confirmed yes they are.
Later he put blue box in microwave to further warm and very hiddenly put them in my bag.
I stopped and asked are sure wings are fresh as I have seen you putting them in steamer and microwave on which he confidently replied yes they are.
I went in car and tried wings and they were from yesterday's left over as I suspected. I went back and asked him why did he lied on which he kept saying that they are fresh and when ever we serve wings this is how we warm them in microwave lol which obviously is wrong but salute to his confidence and lies.
He returned wings and only paid me for wings and not the chips anyways he lied but sad thing is he said that it is pepes process they follow which is wrong as wings were 14+ hours old and very hard.
This is how this branch put their customers on risk as any one can end up with food poisoning but who care isn't it.

I called the takeway to place an order for iftar. It was a large order for family and friends, so I wanted to check if it was taken down correctly. I asked the male staff over the phone to repeat the order, and he started mumbling whilst repeating the order. I kindly asked him to repeat the order and speak clearly and within pace so that l can check my order has been taken correctly. He puts a guy called Sanju on the phone, Sanju says to me in a rude manner that i am wasting their time by asking to repeat the order. This was the most disgusting way to speak to a customer! Sanju kept talking over me while i was trying to explain to him, his colleague was fast and mumbling the order, so I asked for it to be repeated, so that there were no errors, when it came to collecting the order, especially the fact it's a large order and i am a paying customer. Sanju wasn't bothered about anything other than talking down to a woman!
This Sanju has no manners, and people like him put customers off. I did ask to speak to a manager and was told he's on holiday. I will never be ordering from Pepe's in Bracknell. Staff have no manners. I am not risking having my food being spat in after being spoken rudely, too! Family and friends have all been put off and will never order again! My order was not delivered in the expected time as mentioned and I was looking for an update by requesting update in the Uber app. After an hour I called up the restaurant and heard from them that the driver tried calling me which I am not sure if it was true as I did not receive any calls. The restaurant denied to deliver and asked me to pick the food from restaurant. When reached at the restaurant the staff was rude when question about why it was not informed to customer about food not being delivered and said that the food was delivered when it was still showing that food was not delivered in the app. When confronted with te app status, they asked for id to me which was not asked to anybody else. After back and forth talk the food was delivered cold which is an unacceptable behavior. I had to pick up the food myself when I was not even informed about delivery issues Food not being hot when picked up from store. The restaurant could have cancelled the order when they say couldnt deliver instead kept the food with them without informing to me until I called them The Staff in the restaurant mentioned that food was delivered to the address when it was still not showing as order delivered in the app and was creating unnecessary issues.
