Terrible Experience at Peri Peri Akhi's - Avoid!

I had a truly awful experience at Peri Peri Akhi's. The service was incredibly poor, especially towards students as I am not that one, but I watch the miss behaviour. The staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere.

Compared to PePe's Piri Piri, which is similarly priced, the taste at PePe's is far superior. I have eaten at PePeps Piri.. many times, and the food and service are consistently excellent. The quality is far superior, and the prices are comparable.

I would strongly recommend choosing PePe's Piri Piri over Peri peri Akhi's. It's a night-and-day difference in terms of taste and customer service.

I tried it two days ago with a friend, but I would not recommend it. PePe's Piri Piri, on the other hand, is a well-known brand, and the quality is consistent. I have even had it in North Wales. I am not sure why my friend recommended Akhi's, as PePe's is much better in every way.

In last, they did not even give tissues and any kind of cutlery. On the other hand Pepe's provides wet antibacterial...

Nice food but the workers know what they are doing with how much they give to customers. Ordered burger and chips meal for around £4.50 and the amount of chips I received was horrendous. For a meal nearly up to £5 they decided to put the burger in the chip box to make it seem like the box is full until you take the burger out of the box only to see the small amount of chips you get ( I could probably take 10 seconds to count the amount of chips we get that’s how little you receive). Guy at the till is stingy with how much sauces he wants to give no matter how much the meal you bought costs whether you paid £3 or £20 you will still receive the same amount of sauces. All the while, the one who decides to put the burger in the box of chips to trick customers into thinking the box is full is a fraud. If only I could post...

the food is always excellent but customer service is absolutely rubbish. ordered my food for lunch around 2.30 and estimated arrival time showed 3.30. tracking is limited cux was supposed to be deliver by shop staff. upon calling one of them said it will be deliver by uber i said no it says it will be deliver by shop staff then they said they dont have a driver available and will tell uber etc. calling at 3.30 still no driver . and same guy argues with me saying delivery time is 4pm. WELL I WAS ORDERING LUNCH NOT DINNER! and now finally someone calls saying driver just turned up and food will take 15 mins to arrive. NEVER ORDER! waste of time and...
