We were visiting Bournemouth and the kids were tired so we ended up wanting to order a take out delivered to the hotel.
We went on uber, found a halal pizza place, tried to place the order with Pizza GoGo but it wouldn't go through.
We called them and they said we can place the order online which we did. They sent a payment app link and we had to pay for the food on order, which we did. We ordered the family meal which was 2 medium pizzas, 2 sides, some dips and a bottle of coke, it was £31 which felt expensive but as their Google reviews were over 4.2 we thought it was probably due to meal quality and therefore worth it.
From then on in, it was absolutely downhill.
The delivery driver called to say he was outside. I went out but he wasn't there. He was at the wrong hotel and needed directions: A. I'm not from Bournemouth so that didn't help B. The driver spoke hardly any English so even if I did know my location that wouldn't have helped. However I still managed to direct him to my location.
The food was awful. These guys do not know how to make pizza or sides like wedges or twisted chips. Very disappointed to say the least.
CHICKEN TANDOORI PIZZA A. The chicken tandoori pizza barely had any chicken on it. B. The base was undercooked in some places and overcooked in others making it taste both RAW and like CARDBOARD. It was absolutely disgusting. C. The chicken tandoori pizza, split between 4 people, and over half was still left. We all felt quite ill after eating it. D. The food was not even that warm when it arrived, which is probably because the delivery driver didn't know where we were as he went to the wrong place.
MARGHERITA PIZZA Again the base was undercooked in some places, overcooked in others. The kids were very hungry, they just ate it without complaining too much.
WEDGES AND TWISTED CHIPS Again, undercooked and overcooked throughout. Some of the chips were very raw and therefore cold.
They sent 3x garlic dips which was not sufficient for a family meal for 4-6 people.
Anyways, I certainly would not recommend them and I certainly won't be ordering from them again. I'd rather go to Pizza Hut or Domino's and order the veggie options, I'm certain they'd be much better and probably similar price. I've had to bin over half the food which is probably £24 in the bin. The pizza it’s the best… very excelente. The staff are not that friendly or welcoming. I didn’t know how to choose and they don’t bother to explain and not even say “hello” or “good evening” They see me and ask “what do you like” I said I don’t know never been here. And that’s it They left 😅 left and wait for me to choose. I said I am ready, bought pizza wait 15 minutes and that’s it. Not even thank you bye 🤣 they drop the pizza too of the worktop and call me “hey”. 🤣 I think manners should be prioritised also in a workplace. I would go back for the...

Just ordered a pizza online an hour ago, called up to see where it was only to be told "Oh sorry we haven't received your Pizza" - the money had been taken from my card and i told him that, and i could prove it from my online banking, to be told basically tough luck, as they 'haven't received anything'... quite happy to take your money though!!!
So now we are left with no dinner and have to call head office tomorrow to try and get my money back!! I'm absolutely fuming, never order online with...
