I would give 0 stars if I could!! Poor service and extremely poor customer support.
When you order online and time frame on app tells you expected time- it does not stick too and takes 1 hour 45 minutes. I ordered a pizza , two sides and drink and when I called for updates due to lateness I was literally lied too -saying driver was about to deliver and they cook to order and only had one driver. I ordered at 8pm on a quite Thursday (yesterday) and the app said it would approx arrive 8:30/8:40 and when you eventually call to cancel at 9:10 pm the manager agrees for full refund. The driver did drop off my ordered (incomplete- forgetting drink and it is extremely cold arriving at 9:43pm) when trying to tell the driver it’s (A) been cancelled via phone and (B) it’s incomplete- he runs off to his car, not giving any support. I called the store explaining this and for them to collect as unwanted due to lateness or what shall I do? I was informed to contact the support app for full refund.
This morning I received an email with an insult of a e-voucher of £5. I will not be using . I rang the store to explain this and the manager today said to mention him in customer support as he also believed that my experience was poor and that I should get a refund in full. I’ve emailed customer support (Richard) and explained this and support has been dreadful.

I waited until 21:20 before I tried to ring the restaurant. I rang 5 times with no answer. So I decided to go to the restaurant my self at 21:30. When I got there , there was loads of people wait on orders that was late, the phone was constantly ringing. When I asked about my order a young boy told me that he was so hind with orders he could not keep up as two staff walked out. When I asked how dose he know about my order when you have not asked for the order number or address. I told my name and address and was told it's not even being cooked yet. He went off see how long it would be then come back with he did not know how long. Then when I said I was going to complain he offered me half of my back and said he would do my order next. Be the time I left the restaurant with my order it was 22:15. There was delivery drivers being told orders had been delivered, 6 people waiting. And the hole time I was there the phone rang and not once did they answer the phone. I said the staff there maybe get some more staff. To be told the owners won't get any.
