Decided on Pizza for lunch at the office today ...... called after 45 mins to be advised that it was on its way ..... called 15 mins later to be advised it was still on its way and next time I ordered, I would receive a large pizza FOC ... I said thank you but that doesn't help with this one .... if the driver was on his way over 15 mins ago, by the time he gets to me the pizza will be cold ......... after trying to contact the driver (uncontactable) and a discussion with her manager I was told I did not need to pay for the pizza when it arrives ....... It did arrive 5 minutes later ... box was crushed, the topping of the pizza was stuck to the inside of the box and guess what, it was cold ....... Not a great experience I’m afraid. Decided to try Pizza Hut delivery for a change over dominos as they offered a discount due to me not ordering from them for a while due to issues previouly. I ordered just one pizza which took 1hr 45min to arrive. When it arrived it was warm at best and the delivery driver actually looked annoyed rather than apologetic. This is advertised as a family friendly run business and I didn’t get that feel. I’m surprised at this level of customer service for such a large chain. They have offered me a free pizza on my next order , but I very much doubt I will bother. They need to do better really and address this problem and perhaps employ some additional delivery drivers...

We ordered two pizza for delivery. 1 was ok but the Supreme had very litrle meat topping. When we rang the shop to compalin the manager attitude was very rude and unhelpfull. He eventually agreed to send out a new pizza but only after the delivery guy had inspected that we had not eaten more that 2 slices.
the new pizza was a super supreme covered in Olives - I an allergic to olives. Gues what we had to call the manager again. This time even worse attidute and refused to exchange the wrong order. I requested a full refund and he demanded the pizza back, He then sent the delivery guy again to collect the wrong order....
