Booked for a Sunday at 7pm. Entered restaurant and saw 2-3 tables being used at most. The restaurant was virging on empty. We stood waiting at the host stand to be seated for a good 7-8 minutes with no acknowledgement or anything. Then one member if staff said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ before proceeding to enter an order on her till. While she was doing this, the shift manager (who also apparently is the general manager) was asked to restock nachos on the salad bar. (Why is she having to be asked to do this when the restaurant is so empty?) She then walked past us and also said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ as we continued to wait. The lady then finished entering her order in the till so we presumed she would come over to seat us. No, she went off to the other table to begin to take their order. After more than 10 minutes waiting at the host stand we decided to leave, but having promised the children a Pizza Hut we drove 20 miles to Pizza Hut Northampton where we received excellent service, despite the restaurant being far busier. There’s obviously a reason why Northampton was so much busier, and I’d hazard a guess it’s down to the service...
Read more1 star is being to generous for how disgusting there service is! Ordered two different pizzas, but instead they sent two the same. Accidents happen & all that called to inform them. Clearly explained the issue, & the staff member repeating back what I had said. But it was wrong, so clarified with the correct information nicely calmly. With that the Pizza Hut rep started shouting down the phone for no apparent reason, I’m glad I had witnesses to this. Even when informing him he was shouting down the phone he just continued to be aggressive whilst shouting down the phone about my order. If that wasn’t disgusting enough the limp wristed reply to my complaint from Pizza Hut online was a pure joke.
Aggressively shouting at a customer because you made a mistake, makes you nothing short of a abusive bully.
Staff members are a direct representation of the company. One that looks like it prides it self of aggressively dealing with any complaint even if they are wrong.

Read moreWhen the order arrived and we immediately realised half of the order was missing, our moods plummeted. Especially as it was a special treat for my daughter's birthday. However, we got out the door straight away and tried calling a delivery guy over to ask him about it when another driver pulled up with the rest of the order.
The second delivery guy said they realised the first one had picked up the incomplete order and send him with the rest. Truly brilliant service! The mistake was rectified straight away despite it being the middle of a busy period on a Friday night and we all enjoyed our treat together. Food was hot and delish! And the 50% discount on pizzas made it truly affordable.
Won't be ordering from anywhere else!...
