Pizza King — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately very disappointed with our order.... sent us garlic bread slices and not the baguette we ordered, full of dripping grease and burnt. Then chicken kebab had no lettuce or chilli sauce, but instead some sort of sweet sauce, completely ruined. Called to explain and apparently the garlic bread slices are the baguette, hows that? Advised that they need to update their website and take off baguette as an option. They did quickly send a pot of chilli sauce, however kebab was ruined with the other sauce put on and cold by the time it arrived. Chips were not good, ordered large and portion was very small, lots of horrible black bits and a large amount of condensation in the box which was dripping out. Not sure if they had been cooked first and then went soggy.... were definitely not fresh at all. I understand things happen but a bit of quality check would be nice before sending out and I cant see how they get it so wrong when it's ordered online (literally tick boxes). They must see when preparing, if I had called to order I get handwriting can get it wrong, but not by a customer actually choosing what they want with tick boxes??? We spent over £36 & I can honestly say it wasn't worth it at all, very disappointed so would avoid this place if I were you. We wont be recommending or trying it again, very poor.

If Pizza King are reading this a refund would be nice, or partial refund for the ruined kebab and...

Following a 2am mission into Blandford to find an open shop willing to sell me a bottle of water for my pregnant partner, I thought all hope was lost as everything was shut - understandably.

I passed Pizza King who were cashing up inside and explained the situation regarding a woman in need. Whilst the manager stated that they didn't sell bottled water, only soft drinks - which unfortunately wouldn't quench the thirst of my rather spherical lady at home.

The staff pulled together and kindly offered me a bottle of their own personal water. Not having any change on me to repay them they kindly stated that I could drop it in at a later date.

Seriously, you are all very much saviours and a credit to Blandford Town. You've made a pregnant lady at home very happy and we are currently revising our name suggestions - baby "Pizza King" is now top of...

Thank you for our takeaway tonight. I ordered the combo meal which consists of two 10” pizzas, 6 chicken pieces (big ones) 3 portions of chips, a 1.5l bottle of fizz (choice of options) a portion of coleslaw and a garlic bread pizza. Cost with delivery was £30. A huge family meal that would easily serve 4-5 people of split. You can’t go wrong for that. The food was hot, the chips hadn’t been over cooked or refried which is a bonus in my books. Their delivery team are amazing, we had Tracey and she helped by bringing putting my Pepsi in the porch.
