Pizza Nation — Restaurant in England

Absolute shambles! Only reason for giving this place a 1 star is because you can not give 0! Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and didn’t advertise ketchup comes on the burger (I am allergic) called to ask for a new one which all the lady does is shout at you and non stop, interrupt you and never allow you to finish a sentence. Asked for a new one which she responded saying no until I speak to a manager. We waited over an hour before in the end asking for the money back. Ordered from here again tonight, to give the place another chance, making it extremely clear on the phone no ketchup in the burger due to being allergic. Of course there was ketchup in it again. Called again to ask for a new one and the response was beyond disgusting, saying she’s too busy for this, did not allow me or my partner to get more than a couple of words out and constantly shouting and interrupting, refused for any refund or replacement and laughing down the phone insisting there was no ketchup in it.. THERE WAS! Then the lady hung up on us whilst shouting! The service is a disgrace and feel sorry for the business as having staff like that, completely let’s them down and could not have made it more clear about allergies! Anyone with allergies never order food from this place as they clearly can’t get it right and then scream at you down the phone and hang up on you when...

Just moved back to Paignton after around 7 years away. We’re pretty regular pizza orderers and predominately order from Dominos on the basis that it is a general standard wherever you are…

Fancied trying something a bit different for out first pizza back in town though and gave Pizza Nation a go. Very glad that we did.

Firstly, it worked out a few quid cheaper than our comparative Dominos order of 2 large pizzas and a cheesy garlic bread… 10/10 for value.

The wait time was goos (around 20 minutes) and the service was very friendly and the chap even gave our daughter a little sweet for after.

The food itself… Visually perhaps not as appealing as dominos but then dominos’ ingredients are pre-cooked sandwich foods and are made in a uniform way… Pizza Nation looked like a homemade pizza and to me that is just better. The ingredients used looked and tasted fresher and of a better quality too. Overall taste I must say was excellent. A tad greasy (but then, this is a pizza and as should be) but our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our meal including finishing the left overs the next day 👌.

My only, very very small complaint would be that one of the pizzas wasn’t cut quite thoroughly enough - but a very minor inconvenience!

Absolutely disgusting service. We ordered 2 simple meals. Instead of 30 mins as promised, they delivered after 1hr. After opening the food we realised they gave us wrong meat. We called Pizza Nation and asked for the new meal but no one on the phone could understand English. They then denied their fault with the order, no apologies whatsoever. When we asked for the refund, we were told we can have it next day as it was 23:40 and their driver finished work. In the meantime we spoke to the driver who was happy to bring us our refund. We were absolutely shocked when guy on the phone eventually agreed to give us a refund only IF we give the driver the food and drink back. Awful, rude and unbelievably disgusting service. NEVER AGAIN so if you're on holiday in Paignton...
