Reefside Takeaway — Restaurant in England

I understand it’s hard to find a good decent fish and chip place but this was really bad. The fish they gave was still cold inside and they gave the ones that’s pre made. Didn’t think they would serve that, at least a fresh battered fish would be great right. But no super horrible We told the staff the fish wasn’t cooked properly, he touched it with his bare hands and said no look it’s all cooked and wanted us to eat the same thing again by giving it back. We said no and they wouldn’t give us a refund either....

Disgusting food. Ordered a cod and chips which looked like it's a few days old and reheated, chicken nuggets for my Son which were absolutely terrible,no chicken, no taste at all, possibly mashed bones and skin, and a burger full of slinky onions and dry lettuce. Had to ask 3 times for ketchup and mayo as they only gave 2 small sachets even though we ordered 3 meals. Can of coke was £2.40.! No napkins, we asked for some on which the cashier rolled his eyes up and gave us some cut off...

The food is absolutely terrible, I think I'd rather eat frozen supermarket fish without cooking it than this. The cod was oily, burnt and crunchy at the same time, with barely any actual fish inside it. Probably the worst food I've ever had in my life, couldn't finish it.

The brand seems to have a monopoly on the immediate area too, so a pretty dire food situation for an otherwise nice area.
