Today I lost all respect to this place. The delivery company turned up with the wrong order. I called the restaurant and explained to which they told me there is nothing they can do. I need to place another order wait up to 1 hour after already waiting an hour for my food. I explained that they had put my receipt on the wrong bag so somebody was going to get my order so Could it please be replaced? I was told no, I asked if there was somebody else I could speak to as the server said it was only the second day, to which I was told no we are too busy to deal with you and put the phone down.This is a real shame as before when Rio’s have made the odd mistake they have gone above and beyond to rectify It. Read moreFood amazing but customer service horrendous !!!! I ordered the Grand Familia which is a massive family meal. I have ordered this many times before, even the week before I ordered three to be taken to my work for a meeting.
This time I ordered for my guest an extra onion rings, haloumi and 2 chilli sauce as well as garlic dip. After unpacking, no chilli sauce, onion rings or haloumi cheese. I rang in to be told 100% in bag and check again. After checking again I am once again told I am in error and it! Is in the bag.
Now, I am not overly bothered but I thought if it was with the driver I thought it might be sent back for my guest (slightly embarrassed).
To be honest if I was a manager I would apologise and offer to add it to my next order but I would never tell a customer they can not check in a bag for £5 of missing food.

Read moreWorst Staff with very Rude Behaviour and ill mannered I ordered over the phone, their staff told me that it will cost me £17, I told them that I will pick it up as that's costing me £11. I drove 2.5 miles to pick up the order . Arrived home and found out the order wasn't mine as I have ordered whole chicken but received two pieces and different flavour, called them back, requesting if they can take these pieces back and send me my order. they started fighting that they are about to close, whereas it was 10pm. Even the manager was rude, they hung up my phone and didn't pick up the phone again. I paid for my order and instead of accepting their mistake, they were rude and reluctant.
