Looking for a quiet place on a Friday night in Brighton, this one seemed to fit the bill. The Famous Sichuan offers a combination of traditional Chinese dishes and Thai, but the menu was a bit confusing until we worked out the system. I had hot & sour soup which was fine. I have once tasted this crunchy, freshly baked baguette in Normandy. It is not relevant to this place, I know! The point is... I always wish I could find something similar in the UK. Guess what!
