Siciliano's Express — Restaurant in England

Okay I've ordered from here a few times and I'm sorry but I'm livid. I don't want a refund or anything just would like something to possibly change, I ordered from here a few times. The last time being an hour and a half late but I have the benefit of the doubt since I know problems can happen that aren't always up to staff, but I'll be honest mate. Am livid, I ordered cheesey chips, chips, and onion rings today. The STATE of my cheesy chips. I checked to make sure I didn't order garlic because I'm physically repulsed by it. And yet what do I behold. Tonnes upon tonnes of garlic. Not one chip was safe. The sheer amount of garlic soaked chips on my polystyrene container is staggering. Enough to kill a small child and traumatize an adult. Not to mention the container it came in is broken so there's garlic everywhere now and I'm just say crying in a heap with garlic on my face, close to being sick because of the smell. Food never turned up, rang and the delivery driver advised he tried to deliver. Which was either an out right lie or he just couldn't find the address (easy to locate by the way) I have cctv, a ring door bell and spot lights so definitely didn't even try to knock.

Staff couldn't care less marked it as delivered and told me to get money back from just eat. When just eat called the restaurant the next day they again lied and told them they had tried to ring my mobile 5 times with no answer when they where outside my house. Sent phone records showing this to be false and got a full refund from just eat. Don't bother total scammers obviously hoping people just don't bother trying for a refund and delivery drivers are...
