Sizzlers — Restaurant in England

Ordered and it arrived 40 minutes late, having to wait 90 minutes in total. When it did arrive it was incomplete. I had to question the driver about the missing items as he started walking off without saying anything. He then told me as he walked off that we were given some free items. The driver left and when we got chance to open it up the free extras were not something we wanted or would enjoy. When contacting the restaurant they said we would not get a refund for the missing items as we accepted the replacements despite not being able to check them before the driver left. The chips were cold and the food not great.

Fab food but their time keeping is atrocious! They are never on time! Given an hours wait when ordering through the Just Eat app, an hour and 35minutes later it finally arrived and was barely even luke warm. My mixed kebab portion was awful, definitely not worth £6.50, they just tossed the pitta on the top too. My other half had a cheese burger which only had cheese on one half, think children put together cheese burgers better. It has so much potential but they just don't seem to care for customers at all, a call to say you're running late would be nice and some care going into the food they're preparing. Unlikely to ever order again as I've already given them chance...

Have had the same meal deals previously and had no problems, but tonight the meals weren't the best at all!! The burger meals arrived and one was saturated in mayo, phoned up to complain......got no apology, told not to eat the food and they will deliver another one, asked for no mayo this time, "we can't, can only send you out the same as you ordered" when the food arrived the second time they had put different chicken on, which then tasted like spicy chicken, so they can obviously change the order when it suits!!
