Short Review: DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!! They are Racist, Rude and Unprofessional

Long Review:

I normally don’t give bad ratings but I must for this restaurant, People should know what they are walking into.

As soon as we entered we could see the discrimination based on race or ur skin colour. Beard fat waiter refused to give us a proper table even though there were empty tables and was mentioned they are all reserved. When we asked manager for better table location he gave us second worst table location ( which was already reserved as per the waiter 5 seconds back ) And within 2 mins another couple came in without reservation and was given the table of their choice. Why??

We had to ask for everything napkins, water, plates (food was served without plates in which we can eat food which is pathetic). It was as if they were doing charity by giving us food.

At the time of order, manager misguided us in ordering more food. He was showing as if he is the busiest person in world, and forced us to order everything in one shot and mentioned he won’t entertain us afterwards and took away our menu as soon as we gave our orders without asking (Seriously?? If you cant even manage 10 tables hire more or replace existing inexperienced staff or better shutdown)

Bill included price of additional food which we already cancelled which we had to ask them to correct.

Without our consent bill included 10% tip even though we had such worse experience.

[Update] Manager replied to my feedback with such unprofessionalism which clearly shows how we must have been treated in the restaurant.

My recent visit to Spice Central with friends turned out to be a disappointing and frustrating experience. The food was bad (I understand it can be subjective) but it was nothing in comparison to the abysmal service we received.

Rude Waitstaff: One of the waiters exhibited a shocking level of rudeness that left a sour taste even before the meal began.

Thirst Unquenched: Despite multiple polite requests, it took an astonishingly long 30-45 minutes for us to be served water.

Flat Drinks: The drinks served (Diet Coke and Lemonade) were flat that we sent them back twice. Shockingly, the waitstaff didn’t bother asking whether I needed a replacement for Lemonade. Cokes were replaced with bottled ones. The only positive is that we weren’t charged for it.

Insensitive Staff Attitude: When we dared to raise concerns about the deplorable service, the waiter's dismissive response was, "we can't serve everyone."

Glass Banging, Not Placing: We observed the waitstaff carelessly banged glasses on the table instead of setting them down gently. This blatant display of irritation from the staff only exacerbated the already poor experience.

Please save your time and money and do not visit this establishment.

Booked a table online for 6 and a high chair, upon arrival the manager told me that he didn't have a highchair asked to see my booking confirmation as I told him I'd put it in the notes that we would like a highchair. He rudely said he didn't have one and that I'd booked for the wrong restaurant. That the address on the email is for a different location and that his restaurant isn't number 107! During this time he had his back to me whilst talking to me and told me that he hadn't received my booking, I'd booked for the wrong restaurant and to try the very good tandori down the road and to leave as he's very busy. I apologised for the inconvenience and left. I rechecked my emails and I'd clearly booked for his restaurant. This was a celebration meal with friends so was desperate not disappoint them. I went to speak to the manager again and showed him my email he wasn't interested, saying the location is not his restaurant even though the name on the email said his restaurant on it. So once again left very disappointed and he wasn't interested was rude and told us to leave as he was busy. Once we left the restaurant it was noticed that on the TRACK AND TRACE barcode in his window said the exact location as what my email said??? I can't speak for the food but the customer service...
