Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Shockingly poor service received today. Staff looked bored and seriously not bothered. Ordered a very basic drink and was left waiting for what seemed a long time next to where drinks are made. Nothing said to me, asked them to keep drink (when made) to one side while I used the facilities and was met with a very odd look. Returned to the counter and saw a drink that has now been on the side since before I left. I questioned if it was mine and the response I got was "It's an Americano, don't know what you ordered though" and a shrug. Turns out it was mine, I asked for a white one and ended up having to complete it myself. The attitude as a whole was diabolical. To have 4 people milling about and not doing a lot I was left to feel completely ignored. £4 for a white Americano and I had to put my own milk in and that's how we're treated?...

Service to order was quick but drink preparation took longer than expected considering it wasn’t busy. Two staff on shift and one was cleaning after taking my order while one prepared drinks. Both could have prepared drinks to speed service up. Considering they are in a train station speed should be at the forefront as they don’t know who is waiting for which train to depart. It would put me off ordering again if I didn’t have a lot of time before my train departs. The drink itself was fine: as expected...

Really not keen on the train station Starbucks.. rude 4 1 .. just because I ask 4 my eggnog HOT...Not luke warm... plus NO NUTMEG.. 4the eggnog...no1 asks 4 it so no need 4it here.. still should be there on off chance a customer like myself wants it on my EGGNOG!!
