Lovely dining experience with my family.
The restaurant is exactly like the pictures, the tables all have a good space between them and the windows bring in a lot of natural light.
The food we had here was fantastic. The all you can eat menu is very good with a restriction on how many dishes you can order each time (something like 4 dishes for 2 people, 5 for 3, 6 for 4-5 etc.). All of the dishes are small but come out at the same time. Once eaten you can order everything again if you want and it all comes out fresh and hot. Perfect!
We ordered most of the appetizers and everything was delicious. Not a single dish we left. The pork dumplings were one of my favourites but there were so many it was hard to pick!
The food is mainly served sharing style, so that everyone can have a try.
The service was pretty good, we had to flag someone down a few times but it was quite busy so that isn't a problem.
The bathroom is upstairs, which may make it harder to visit for some people.
Parking can be a little tricky. There is on street parking outside but it fills up quickly. There is a carpark around a 5 minute walk away.
Overall it is a lovely restaurant and I can see why everyone...
Read moreThis is a wonderful family owned Chinese restaurant. The staff are friendly, welcoming and informative when needed. Most people go for the eat what you like buffet style, where although there are restrictions so that you don't waste food, you can always order more of anything you fancy - they always ask if you want anything else from that part of the menu before moving on. The portion size is perfect, you get enough for your table, without masses of food, and you can order more once you've finished those. The food is super tasty and freshly cooked; the crispy chilli beef is particularly great.
There aren't any time restrictions, you aren't hurried along to eat as much as you can in a set time like other buffets, which makes it relaxing and we tend to have a few more drinks. They are family oriented, and were great with a large group who were, to be fair, looking after their young children very respectfully to other diners anyway.
We've been back a number of times now, and will continue to do so. It's a nice little walk from Rochester, just far enough to feel...
Read moreAbsolutely shocking rung tangs to place a order of £50 the lady said a 1 hour wait but it sounds like they didn't want to do deliveries, they took my card and said it declined twice did we want to go and collect, we left to collect and surprise the card worked first time. After arriving home they left out the sauces and the egg fried rice we ordered was actually boiled rice not fried! It was watery to the chips in gravy was dry to and tasted like they had been re-heated
I rung tangs to ask about the sauces I didn't even get a appology she just said can you drive back down to pick them up and told me the rice was not watery??? I said this was not good enough as the food is now cold with no sauces and asking us to drive back down there....after leaving me on hold 5 minutes then saying we will give you 10% off your next order.....shocking!! I normally order from confusions or kung fu they are best but we thought to try somewhere different....avoid we won't be using...
