From the moment I walked into THALIO, I knew I was in for an extraordinary dining experience. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, with beautifully set tables and just the right lighting to set a cozy, inviting tone. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and provided the kind of attentive service that makes you feel like a VIP.

The menu at THALIO is a true masterpiece, blending traditional and contemporary flavors with such finesse that it was nearly impossible to decide on just one dish. We started with the appetizers, each plate an exquisite work of art with flavors that danced on the palate. I can’t recommend enough their Hummus & Bread which was both innovative and comforting—a perfect start to the meal.

The main courses… Out of this world! I opted for the fish which was a revelation. The flavors were complex yet balanced, and every bite seemed to reveal something new. The ingredients were clearly top-notch, and it felt like each component had been thoughtfully chosen to add to the overall experience. My wife ordered the chicken and the flavors were so incredible that we ended up swapping bites, just to savor every possibility.

And then came dessert—a showstopper! The sticky toffee was not just a sweet ending but a finale that brought the whole meal together, leaving us perfectly satisfied but already eager to return. Each dish was a sensory delight, and the flavors, aromas, and textures lingered with us long after we’d finished.

As an older couple we wanted a variety of food without the large quantity at this Asian style restaurant. We ordered one dish which had several tapas sized dishes included, seemed ideal to share for us so we ordered it, saying if it wasn't enough we'd order extras. Well the restaurant manager ( please note the restaurant is entirely separate from the Falcon Hotel who's staff were extremely friendly and helpful) came to our table and in front of everyone said sharing a meal wasn't allowed but on this occasion he would 'let us' but if we ever came again we HAD to order a meal each as he had overheads to pay. How embarrassing and rude! We told them to cancel our meal and went elsewhere to eat where we were welcome. The restaurant advertises as serving tapas style, sharing dishes. This was on our last night of a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. I'd recommend staying there, but...

We had a wonderful experience at Thalio! We were staying at the hotel and saw the menu online so our expectations were already high, but they were exceeded! We had a very friendly welcome, every staff member who served us was lovely and very helpful when we asked loads of questions.

We took advantage of the Thali Tuesdays offer which was great value, and had me trying things I wouldn’t have thought to order. The food was delicious! I particularly loved the mushroom fried rice and the coconut lamb curry. Also - their poppadoms were some of the best I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed a few cocktails which were all great.
