The Coffee Cart Company — Restaurant in England

I was particularly annoyed by the attitude of the hot drinks maker this morning (Tuesday 19th December, approx. 10am). I ordered 2 teas, cold drinks and cakes and asked to drink in.

When we were handed our drinks they were in take away cups. I said that I was sorry but I'd asked for them to drink in. The woman who handed us the drinks then got very huffy and made quite a fuss about having to put our drinks in pots to drink in. I felt she was quite rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. She then continued to be exasperated with us when asking if we wanted milk too as if this was unreasonable.

I understand that there may have been a miscommunication but this surely is not the way to behave towards customers and it somewhat soured our experience.

yet again another coffee company in Hereford that has let it slide, once again this morning I visited the cart in old market. Ordered a large takeaway coffee and a chocolate Danish. The Danish was 3 stale and inedible, they watched me take a bit and say that’s stale an put it in the bin. If I could give zero star, I will. Poor customer service and was overcharged for something we never had. Please don’t go for the ice cream as it’s literally a scam! They didn’t give you a full scoop (at most half a scoop) and my ice cream was hollow in the middle. For almost £4, I’d suggest you to go somewhere for something better! Avoid at all cost.
