They misbehaved and kicked us out and not returned our money just because we started eating something else with thier rubbish donuts! Worst customer service I’ve ever had served with the worst crepe, the short fat ginger thing serving so rude and as for the tall uneducated girl serving she was so nasty to my 5 year old grandchild snatching his slush cup from his hand as he had dropped his full cup and was going to get another one, she took the cup away from him without even asking what had happened. An absolute need to visit The Donut Hut in Shanklin IOW. Not just doughnuts you can also choose ice cream with different toppings. I ordered freshly made 12 assorted doughnuts that had different coated flavours and it was delicious 😋. I also had strawberry large Knickerbocker glory sundae ice cream which again excellent quality and flavour. Brilliant service and very friendly.
