You have very poor curb appeal walking over from the carpark.
Your signage speaks of an unfriendly old fashioned “regulars pub” where strangers aren’t welcome, and the food comes in pickled jars on the bar.
How can you compete when your outside looks like you haven’t modernised since the 70s, and you hate everyone that doesn’t drink out of a mug glass.
Your website actually shows good food… but who could guess looking at your bleak 70’s exterior.
It looked like a trip to a Victorian prison.
We went somewhere else, even though it took ages to walk there - it wasn’t worth walking over you bleak carpark to look through the windows.

Pub had table service, one way system and sanitiser, and staff explained well the way they were working, so gain a star over the basic 3, who'd have thought this would be a part of my rating system 18 months ago! Afterwards, they did say we could have even ordered a kids' roast. The only downside was the presentation. Gravy over everything. No greens and we didn't like the spice in the red cabbage.
