Please don't go here. It's my new favorite place in Brixham and I don't want it spoiling by everyone else going there! Unfortunately I'm not in Brixham enough to justify keeping it a secret. I am told The Manor has two personalities... We experienced the quiet, weeknight atmosphere of convivial boardgame playing, friendly conversation, enjoying an excellent pint or two. That's my sort of place to unwind and I loved it. My companion, who spends more time in the town, was telling me of the evenings when The Manor hosts local bands, it's standing room only, and you have to push through the crowd to get to the bar. I look forward to experiencing this second side of The Manor, but more so, many more evenings playing games, drinking and chatting on the...

Such a lovely pub! Very friendly and very welcoming and a little way up and out of the harbour area which is so busy + they have a nice outside seating area which has a sort of roof against the occasional shower. I got into conversation with some locals and one guy paid 50p towards my drinks bill when I was short of change. Thank you Sir! - its been strange getting used to cash again after covid and contacless payments! (although they still take them). All in all very good though with nice seating and tables and a very warm ambience. Highly recommended! N.B, no food as such, only nuts and crisps and other Nibbles - but great beers and one or two nice wines and plenty...

A lovely old fashioned pub in Brixham which is well worth seeking out.

The staff are very friendly.

Walter is a top lad and works soooo hard too

An open fire is lit in the winter.

They serve a few Traditional ales as well as Lager and Ciders.

Bar snacks like nuts and crisps are available.

There is a covered seating area outside.

Dogs are welcome.

It is small with limited space inside, there is also a small rooftop area.

Another pub in Brixham well worth a visit, up a short steep hill, and...

The best pub in Brixham managed by the fantastic Molly; real ale and an enormous collection of fine gins and other wonders. Cozy eclectic interior with a wood burning fire for the winter plus outside seating for warmer weather. Great mix of locals and visitors and very friendly. Off the main tourist track but only a 5m walk down to the shops or the harbour. Did I mention that it's the best pub in Brixham?
