Extremely disgusted by the man at the front desk (who also does the calls and is extremely rude in them)

. Ordered a click and collect order which doesn’t have an option to add cheese. When we went there he tried to charge us extra then it was on the menu and when we confronted him, he arrogantly said we updated the price but not the menus! No professionalism at all. And when we sat in to eat our food we collected. He said with a smirk on his face we couldn’t eat in as it’s different prices.(When online it’s clearly more expensive) we click and collected so we don’t have to wait a long time. Bougie interior! Amazing service! Fantastic food! As soon as I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! First impression is the last impression!! That takes me on to the first bite of my messy chips!! Chilli chips but reinvented to something very special! I could eat bowls and bowls of this! To clear my palette, I had ordered a very berry smoothie, which shocked me on how tasteful it was! I also ordered the eggless lotus biscoff cheesecake with the biscoff gelato, which made me question the existence of an egg cheesecake?! It tasted exquisite! I am quite usually hesitant to try out new places, especially when it comes to desserts. However, after trying out this new dessert parlour I think I have fell in love with the desserts and set to become a regular customer. The Hospitality and customer service is brilliant as they asked what type of desserts me and my family enjoy. They have a brilliant variation and ranges of desserts where many dessert parlours in leicester do not have.

The Pistachio waffles are highly recommended they are mouth watering and presented in a very seducing way. My wife loved the biscotti420 milkshake and the kids enjoyed the range of different desserts.
