I don’t sleep because the toilet in my room didn’t flush properly and the cistern churned water all night making it impossible to sleep. |Bed was comfortable and room was clean bar a few cobwebs in corners. |Roman blind in my Dad’s room was broken and hanging down at one side.|Attention to detail is important- as you approach the front door, random metal bollards, missing plants in the planters, cigarette butts, someone’s car under a tarp, rubbish lying around- same at the back of the building by the lovely stone staircase.
