This is Wokingham town centres only microbrewery. A responsibility it handles with aplomb! Step through the doors and you are warmly welcomed by three silver sentinels and a jazzy little sound track. Venture a little further - to the bar - and an array of fine beers await you on draft. We went for the “Chocoloat” - a chocolatey stout! And despite my friend (Rob) being allergic to both chocolate and stout, the taste was so scintillating that he lapped it up with the enthusiasm of a contestant on supermarket sweep! A wonderful addition to Wokingham town centre. We will be coming back, and thank you to the lady who served us!

What an awesome bar! Came across the Outhouse Brewery while having a few drinks before a meal, it was cold and windy and this place looked warm! Straight away the hospitality shined, we were welcomed in, drinks were recommended and tasted, we ended up staying for two and just about made our restaurant reservation. Can't remember what they were called, but I had the stout and the brown IPA, both of which I would happily drink more of! My wife had two of the non alcoholic drinks and loved both We visited 3 bars that night, next time we're in Wokingham, we're just coming here

Interesting small craft brewery in centre of Wokingham. Range is small - it's brewed on premises but staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will let you know sample too! Rather than drinking samey mass produced beer - try something brewed on the premises. In response to the business, I would give them 5 stars if there was a greater selection of beer and the poor wine drinker wasn't charged so much. Things that can be worked upon.

A brilliant little microbrewery in the heart of Wokingham. Staff are great and knowledgeable, and there's a deceptively wide range of house and guest beers/cider, plus a fridge selection, that belies it's compact size.

A couple of years in and they've really set up something honest and worth a walk to. The beers themselves are also very good - a range of styles, and having tried a good handful I can say the quality is solid.

Combined with a few nice bar snacks, including homemade cakes if you're there at the right time, this is somewhere I've easily idled away a few hours reading a book more than once, enjoying the sun and soaking up the chatter and atmosphere. An excellent addition to the local craft scene and a tidy win for Wokingham...

Visited The Outhouse Brewery recently one evening and it was great! Very friendly staff, good lighting and a great selection of drinks. The only thing that let it down for me (and preventing me from rating it higher) was the noise! The brewery was playing background music (David Bowie etc.) at quite a high level. If you're going for a drink with friends, you're going to want to talk to one another and catch up. However the loud music means that you have to speak up to be heard, which only leads to more people speaking louder thereby increasing the background noise even further! I think it would benefit from just playing some ambient background music e.g, lo-fi or jazz so people can enjoy the drinks and setting...

DOGS PERMITTED. BUT CHILDREN MUST SIT OUTSIDE. NON INCLUSIVE BREWERY. UNHEARD OF IN BERKSHIRE.

We spent last summer enjoying visiting this brewery. Our 4 year old loved sitting outside playing with local doggies as we enjoyed their beer in the sunshine. Sadly that was torn away this evening, being refused entry for having our now 5 year old daughter with us. We live in Reading so are fortunate to have excellent breweries nearby, ALL WHO ALLOW CHILDREN. Turning away hard working people who want to enjoy a pint, all because they have a child with them. Ridiculous.

We used to look forward to visiting Wokingham to visit this brewery. To avoid losing more valuable patrons, I urge you to...
