Very disappointed with our visit, after being ignored at the empty bar with members of staff there we then decided to have breakfast, the breakfast wrap was almost cold and only one half had filling in it the other half had a bite size piece of sausage and smearing of egg yolk, it was literally falling apart I definitely wouldn't have called it a wrap! The 2 slices of toast was only cooked on one side! It was soft bread on the other side, we did complain and they replaced it which was fine until we left and along the alleyway there was the 2 chefs sitting there smoking roll ups and scruffy looking, we are down here on holiday and was looking forward to trying another wetherspoons but this one is definitely not on our list to visit again.... we are probably spoilt with our own local Ramsgate wetherspoons (The Royal Victoria) lovely atmosphere nice food and...

Ā Ā Ā Read morePolite, professional and welcoming staff. Disability/Accessible and Assistance Dog friendly, along with willing helpful staff too.
Entrance is via ramps around beer garden at the rear. I visited quite late and outdoor heating on the veranda would've been appreciated. Or like at Carluccios, a basket of blankets.
Great prices and very well stocked selection of ales, lager and wine. Knowledgeable staff on that score too.
Only one constructive criticism, which applies to most pubs/restaurants, is that one table could be left free of chairs. Allowing those in mobility scooters and the like, to park at a table without having to struggle moving chairs away.
Thank you very much, having summoned up the courage to actually leave the the house, I shall definitely be visiting again, Sue W,...
