After having a work colleague recommend this place I thought I would give it a try. Not had an Indian for a while so I was looking forward to this one. My first impressions from outside were good, well presented building that you could tell was very well looked after. Once entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very professional looking staff member that was well dressed and well spoken. The table we were seated at was a little small for all 4 of us, but we mentioned this and was moved to a larger table right away. The inside of the restaurant was as nice looking as the outside with a modern yet traditional feel to the place. Service was quick and we were well looked after. The food came out very hot and fresh and well presented, the taste was just as fresh as the look. This was amazing food and very filling. Honest part, this restaurant is not cheap, it’s in the higher tier pricing but then again you pay for what you get and we got great service and great good. Worked out £25 each for a drink, popadom, dips, rice, curry and naan. I would highly recommend this place and will visit again soon

Considering myself as a bit if a “curry expert” with a good knowledge of the Indian restaurant industry and had been recommended this venue from a friend in Exeter (Thanks Jimmy).Wow !!!! What ha wonderful place , great service, great food, presented perfectly with amazing combinations of flavour and spice proportions a very pleasurable taste experience in my mouth.Very clean and tidy and right up there with best in the country. Our party of 4 people would of actually cleaned up every last thing on our plates but just couldnt fit the last slice of a naan bread and a bit of curry gravy in. Well done guys you are the best !!!!! (My family is from India and I know what I’m talking about folks) you must dine here.

Very nice place to chill and have amazingly good food. Service was amazing and on top of everything. Food was really tasty and big menu with different choices of curries. My dish was a bit too salty, BUT I don't really use salt in my everyday life, so it's just my taste. Anyway it didn't stopped me from enjoying my food, it was still amazing. We are not locals, but if we come back to this area, then definitely will visit this place again.

We’ve got takeaways from here several times, and a few times they’ve got our order wrong which is disappointing but we’ve always been patient and understanding. Unfortunately this visit was unacceptable in my opinion. We ordered a chicken tikka masala and a vegetarian masala, which we drove to collect. When we returned home and plated up our meals, we found that what was meant to be a vegetarian masala, was actually a chicken dish of some sort, definitely not a masala. I called the restaurant and was given the option of a refund for the dish (which didn’t help the fact that I needed a meal) or they could re-do the incorrect dish. They completely refused to re-do our complete order. The man on the phone was rude and impatient while we were trying to decide what to do. Unfortunately we had no choice but for my husband to drive back to the restaurant to collect my meal (which was bland, probably because they quickly threw it together) and for him to return home to a microwaved, dry chicken/rice takeaway meal. They they saw how annoyed my husband was and they gave him 2 tiny individual bottles of Prosecco…He doesn’t like Prosecco and I’m heavily pregnant.

All in all we felt that this was bad customer service. We get that mistakes happen and that’s ok, but the way it’s dealt with is key. This left me in tears (possibly more so because I’m heavily pregnant) and both of us with a rubbish takeaway. We won’t be using this...

The worst service ever. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I am traveller and I eat everywhere. But here it was very low quality rice and burnt. Upon asking if the rice was fresh the manager or the so called owner (man with French beard) said it is fresh, but it didn’t look fresh at all. He was very rude and raised his voice. All this was because we didn’t order main course. My kids were not very hungry so we ordered Tarka dal and pilau rice with garlic naan.

I had food at so many places and order very little to dishes for 5 as well. No one asked why you are ordering only side dishes. I asked if there was a problem ordering only side dishes and if that is the case we can leave but he took the order.

It seems like he didn’t like the small order and above that the restaurant mainly had white people and we being Indian, he was bias with us.

He was called off during the conversation on the pretext that there was a call for him and no one came even to apologise or to takeover the conversation.

Very unprofessional behaviour and very rude.

I would not ever visit this place again and not recommend anyone especially tourist. Don’t go...
