Yak & Yeti — Restaurant in England

We went to yak and yeti on 15 December 2023 in the evening to celebrate our anniversary.we went in to check out the place but as the manager approached us in a very rude manner and talked in a very harsh way.I told him we are just seeing the place as we are visiting it first time but he didn't listened to us at all and pointed us to the way out.It was very disrespectful and almost ruined our date night but we found in place in Katmandu restaurant nearby which offered us very good courtesy and respect.The food was delicious and the place was spacious too.we got a complimentary rice from the manager chandra and we had a nice chat later.I gave a good tip in the end as everything from the start to the finish was good.I highly recommend Katmandu place over yak and yeti.

An hour and twenty five minutes....?!?! I thought that I won't care about the reviews, and I'll forget about that one time, they took almost two hours...but ... this time... again...and no discount, nothing. I even asked the driver how much it was and thought that he'll say...something like.."sorry, for being late, we give you a discount.." or if they knew it will take so long, maybe they should give something extra, like a side ?!? I even phoned them... to ask if everything is ok, and can the driver find my address.. I must admit that yes food tasted good, nothing fantastic, but yeah very good-but than I guess it would taste exactly the same if it was homemade from scratch. food was hot..so I reckon they just made it, and thought that the takeaway customers are less important.../unfortunately...after two years ...it happened again... I'm giving 3stars only because I don't want to be mean.... and the food tasted good..but seriously...it should be two stars. Me and my little one were waiting almost and hour...

On calling this restaurant, I was surprised to find the difficulty in ordering. Not only was the menu difficult to find online, but so was navigating the ordering process with the individual on the phone.

Visiting friends in the area, this is one of their local and most used restaurants, we were surprised at the level of quality as well as customer relation. The food quality itself was satisfactory, but it’s severely lacks competition as it is one of the only ones in the area, and by virtue of that fact, do not appear to challenge themselves either in quality or customer service.

The food ordered arrived just outside of the window period provided on the phone by the individual taking the order. This was to be expected as I did not have a great deal of faith in the order being taken correctly. The individual who delivered the order was incredibly friendly and probably provided the best experience from ordering at this restaurant.
