Stayed here for one night had live music on. When I checked the Web site it said they was nothing on was noisy. The owners just seem to be miserable. The plug socket on the wall was lose the pillow smell of urine the room was not ready when we got there at about 15:30 one of the staff just said I don't do the beds. Found a cash card in the toilet handed it in did get a thank you just took it of us and said oh and that was it. In the morning for breakfast didn't ask the kids what they would like to drink we gave our 4year old tea not very kid friendly. We paid £80 for a room was told that there was a car park which there is but you can only get about 3 cars on it which is taken by the staff so parking is a nightmare with all the parking restrictions in the area Some people who are reading this might think way not complain I could not be bothered I just want to get out of there I would not...
Read moreWe booked our room above this friendly pub at the last minute, as it offered great value for money. It's a very short walk from the seafront, and the town centre. This is an old building, with uneven floors. Room 5 was ensuite, and really spacious, but definitely not modern. It was clean, but the bed was very squeaky! There was a kettle in the room, with tea and coffee. No toiletries, other than soap. The shower was stuck on a very warm temperature. No breakfast available, but the lovely Chatterbox Cafe is a few steps away. We had dinner at the pub, which was excellent value for money (2 main meals for £12.49). Drinks are also really cheap. A bottle of prosecco was just £16! If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you’re looking for great value for money, and a bed for the night, this does the job. We had the last parking space in the very...
Read moreBrilliant! The hotel is also a fully paid up pub with a skittles alley and pool table. The people who run the pub/hotel are very friendly and helpful. Located at one end of the high street, it's within easy walking distance of the sea front and everything else that Burnham has to offer. Our room was really clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable with white cotton sheets and duvet cover. We also had tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits in the room. Breakfast was also excellent - good quality ingredients nicely prepared. You can hear sounds from the pub below during opening hours, but when it's closed, our room was very quiet and we both got a very good night's sleep. It was good value for money and we will definitely come...
