The Wandering Duck — Restaurant in England

I had to give this place 5* I can not think of anything they could change.

We had the steak sandwich and the wandering duck club Sandwich which where amazing.

The steak was soft tender and VERY well seasoned. The chimichurri mayo was extremely tasty!

Their cocktails are lovely and I really enjoyed the ice latte.

I don't think they take booking from what the waiter said when we asked if they had a table free, but we waited about 20mims and got a table.

It's a short walk for the multi story car park as the on street parking is limited. There is ground floor entrance with tables on the ground floor too.

Today was my birthday and my sister took myself and a friend to the wandering duck for lunch . It was my first time eating there but it won’t be the last . The food was delicious , the waitress was pleasant and smiling and checked to see if all was ok . We all had Bacon and Brie sandwich with rocket and shared sweet potato fries and French fries . Two of us are allergic to peppers and one asked for it without Brie and there was no problem . All of us got our required order and it was excellent . I would highly recommend the Wandering Duck and look forward to...

Probably the first time ever I've had breakfast in Darlington. So much so we didnt know where to go. After a quick google search the wandering duck came top. We've always wanted to go for tea, never thought we'd visit for breakfast.

Seated promptly by a staff member, who quickly realized the table was dirty and soon got it cleared.

We opted for eggs royal with smashed avocado spread on the muffins! Which was incredible! Its tasted great, looked great and arrived in plenty of time despite it been busy.
