Me and the Mrs were in Warrington and decided to get some food. Saw Tim Hortons and decided we would give it a go as we've never been before. The picture on the board showed a burger that sounded delicious and that was basically what made us choose Tim Hortons instead of anywhere else. Went in to order and they have touch screens (like at maccies) but we couldn't find the burger advertised anywhere. Confused we went to the register to order there only to be met by the most annoying and rude server I've come across. He didn't even introduce himself or speak in a polite manner, he simply looked at us and said "what do you want?" We asked about the burger we had seen advertised outside and on the screen behind him and he said "we don't have it." No other explanation given until another member of staff walked over and said "we don't have that anymore, they just haven't updated the menu." and then walked off. Whilst me and the Mrs stood there having a quick look at the menu behind the counter (of which now we don't know what is actually available) we got met with the 1st server saying again "what do you want?" and let me tell you, the tone said enough. We decided to just go back to the touch screens to see the menu as we clearly didn't feel welcome by the staff. We tried to use the screen but found that every single drink we wanted was "unavailable" honestly, how they are staying open is beyond me.

End of it all, we walked out and we won't be going back to give the snobby, impolite staff a second chance. I'm not surprised there was only 2 people in the shop to be honest, especially when it is a glorified mcdonalds (just more expensive)

Honestly, if I could rate them a Zero I would do. Shocking experience, shocking staff, absolute shambles...

Me and partner visited the Tim Hortons in Golden Square Warrington around 15:30 today which is a Sunday. It was our first time at this particular Tim Hortons, I've never been to any Tim's full stop so this was my first experience. When we arrived it was busy but not rammed, there was a queue for food 'collection' which was awkwardly set up as there's not enough room to form a neat organised line and you end up waiting around people's tables and there's a table in the way of collection also. So that side of things was a bit awkward and the self serve machines were in the middle of the entire room which I'm adamant doesn't work in food places but they keep doing it. They could be against a wall on one side as a suggestion like some McDonald's do but I digress. As we'd never been we used the self serve to figure out what we'd like and the menu's were clear and simple, but it was so we could go and order in person as I have a blue light card. The man said Tim's accept blue light but kindly mentioned the deal/offer they had on today worked out cheaper so we appreciated that. The food came quick and came hot and we liked the idea that the burgers came in foil as it possibly kept them warmer for longer. I got a meatless chicken sandwich meal and my partner got a chicken sandwich stack meal and we could not fault it the burgers were delicious. Thanks to the deal, for 2 meals it cost us just under £15. All in all we had a good first experience and on this visit would recommend. The low rating for atmosphere was due to the self serve machines and collection point being where they are, when people were waiting they all seemed a but stressed. We had already eaten the food as it was delicious before thinking to take a picture...

Total chaos, the only person who new what was doing was the long haired girl on the lobby. I don't like to compare it to other places, and I know that signs are very often ignored by customers, but big arrow which way to queue, screens whose orders are to be picked up, so one can sit down and then walk and pick it up, would really help. I think there is far too much staff on each section, which makes the process even slower. I do appreciate that the layout has been already decided but it would be better if the waiting for coffee and food would be away from the entrance and away from order queue - learn from costa, starbucks, nero etc... so the coffee machines and pick up of food is at the end of the queue so everybody knows this queue is for people ordering and this for picking up coffee. No manager in sight, so you question, this looks like kids playing shop, as they are all confused.... Big company, but not sure that you know what you're doing. But nice clean lobby and decent food. lets see in a couple of months. I will come again...

Chaos. Order took 15mins and my sandwich had to be remade twice as the first time it was wrong and second time it was dropped. Lots of staff however they were almost falling over themselves - the drinks service was much quicker than the food which meant that drinks were stood waiting for long periods of time whilst the food caught up. We've been to the Timmys in Glasgow and that was fantastic. Hopefully this branch irons out the issues over the coming months with experience and preservation - it's a shame to give the place 2 stars but that's what our experience was, and many others by the looks of it. Picture is of people waiting for food - not the queue to order.

Food and drink is okay, but like with a lot of Tim Horton's that I've been to in this country, the customer service is sorely lacking. It takes forever to be served and it seems like a really long wait to be dispensed. I ordered a double double (basically a filter coffee with two sugars) and then proceed to watch them make it ... and then leave it on the counter for 90 seconds ... before they announced that it was ready. I mean, why?! I think a little better organisation will make the queues go faster and a lot more people being served. There's a reason why the Costa Coffee opposite is always packed ... because they're fast at giving you what you ordered.
