Truffles Café — Restaurant in England

What a great find! This is a lovely little cafe not far from the railway and bus stations which sells tasty homemade food at a great price. I popped in on Saturday in need of something hot for lunch and discovered that, not only did the new menu have lots of choice, but there was also a Specials board. So many tempting dishes! I decided on the braised beef with mash and vegetables but everything looked good. Some dishes are vegan and others are free from gluten. As this was being cooked to order I had a short wait but it was worth it because the meal was excellent and it gave the opportunity to look in more detail at the menu and my surroundings. It is a smallish cafe but the space is well used; it is accessible for wheelchair users however the toilet facilities are up a few steps. The toilets also have baby changing facilities. In addition to the main menu and Specials board there was also a Takeaway board. I was very full by the end of my meal so no room for a dessert unfortunately or even a cup of tea. Only went in for a coffee & a piece of cake I got a piece of carrot Cake 🍰 fresh and tasty nice price & good cappuccino however the same cannot be said for the customer service that has a lot to be desired they initially seemed very pleasant however this soon changed directly after I sneezed all I then got was rude comments both to me & my fellow colleague about me this is not the way to speak to your customers in the current situation you would think they would do all they can to keep their customers all three need sum urgent lessons in customer service if I spoke to my customers that way Id soon be spoken to about it by my...

Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies at truffles café who totally saved our life this afternoon. We are a bridal party who found ourselves locked out of our Airbnb.
