'The' Bohemian cafe and (part) gallery in Exeter. If you like quirky, but cool then this is for you.
From the orange and turquoise walls to the gold cherub, whippet statue, and textile artwork (made by owner Rosy) Glorious is a great place for a coffee, tea or sweet snack if you are in the Fore Street alternative quarter of exeter.
Staff are all friendly & personable and even at maximum covers you never feel things are stressed or rushed. Fare is all quality and served as you would expect on bright coloured crockery. The baby silver spoons just reinforce the sense of individuality.
The top floor is often used as a gallery for local art or projects. But even if no one is exhibiting its always worth a look on the first floor at the textile art, especially the full size grandfather clock.
The small walled courtyard is a calm oasis on a busy summers day.
Obviously appealing to local uni students, but don't be put off as the clientele is eclectic and it never feels like a student dive.
All in all a cool place to check out for a relaxed coffee if you're in exeter...

Or about anyone else who orders there...
I don't get why it would ever be OK to talk about customers in any way, especially when there are still customers inside the cafe. Either it's absolute self absorbed ignorance, or just absolute rudeness. Because of the bad vibes, won't...
