Roosters Piri Piri — Restaurant in Exeter

Take heed, hungry Sidwell Street wanderers! Should you cast your eyes upon Roosters Piri Piri, it would be to your benefit to stroll a minute down the road to go to Pepe's instead.

The attached photo is the result of me parting with £7.64, and it on offer too! My first thought upon seeing it was "Where's the rest of it?"

The chicken wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either: bland. Fries were allright. Pepe's smashes them on both and it's better value.

There is table service (one plus they have over Pepe's), however they were found lacking here, too: my mate ordered a burger, half chicken and fries, all of which came several minutes apart.

Sidwell Street is replete with good choices, they'll really need to up their game if they're...

Stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. The menu options are an excellent value.Also there are amazing meal deals available.

We tried their chicken thighs with lebanese flavour with a side of Rice, Hot wings platter with piri waffe fries and sweet potato fries. Waffle fries with piri mayo dip was so yummy. We also order freshly squeezed orange juice.

The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Sidwell...

Never had a problem with roosters before but tonights was disgusting. We ordered a mango and lime chicken wrap. Definitly not mango and lime, it was so spicy i couldnt eat it. The beef salad had so much oil on it that the lettuce was soggy, the beef was so tough you couldnt even chew it. The beef in the beef wrap was just as bad, if not worse. The chicken pitta was so dry that the chicken wasnt able to be eaten either. If i could give a 0 star i would!! Avoid.... avoid..... avoid Review left by 4...
