Taco-Macho (Mexican Food) — Restaurant in Exeter

When we used to live in Exeter and the shop was down on Fore street we used to go to Taco Macho regularly. Dropped into the new shop since we were visiting Exeter and I'm pretty sure the burritos are better than I remember! The only downside is that all other burritos will forever be a massive dissapointment because these ones are so good!

The new shop is lovely. Space to sit and eat and the same jumble of fun decor that the old shop had. You can see the food being prepped fresh for each order.

Wow we often go here with my family when we are in exeter I simply wont go anywhere esle if I want a burrito, I have tried others and this is the best, very fresh and really authentic and super tasty and huge, really good value for money and if you dont like spicy food just say so and they will make a non spicy or slighty spicy or however you would like it. Ridiculously good burritos! There are usually a few options to choose from, including veggie and they are all very tasty. They are massive too so they're great value for money for £6. I don't eat much and I get two meals out of one burrito.

The other great thing is that they can be completely non-spicy, really non-spicy, not Mexican "non-spicy". I don't like spicy food and I just don't put chili sauce or jalapenos in mine (which can make the burritos very spicy I've been told) and they are full of flavour without any heat at all.
