Coffee#1 Exeter — Restaurant in Exeter

I am a big fan Coffee#1 and go to the Newton Abbot one all the time as I live closer to Newton Abbot's. Today as me, my partner and a friend we were in the area and were craving a pumpkin latte. We went in and this Coffee#1 feels bigger inside, but you get the same homely and comfortable decor that I love about Coffee#1. What you get with Coffee#1 what you don't with mainstream coffee houses is this comfortable homely feel, it's comfortable and a real pleasure to sit down and have a nice coffee. It's quiet and calm. We got two pumpkin lattes and as my friend isn't a coffee drinker, he changed it to a pumpkin hot chocolate (which they were more than happy to do for us!). Do you know what it was amazing actually! I recommend everyone to try it, the contrast of chocolate and pumpkin spice and cinnamon is incredible! It has to be said Coffee#1 has the best pumpkin spice lattes, it gets you in the mood for fall and Halloween. Today we visited this coffee#1 whilst shopping for some takeaway coffees. There was a lovely lady behind the till. I didn’t get to catch her name to mention unfortunately. Who was up for a chat and made us feel very welcome. We visited about 3:30/4:00 pm 20/08/2025. Maybe she could be identified and thanked. The store was very clean and welcoming. The drinks were lovely and the right temperature. I ordered a mocha with coconut milk which was very nice and good they have started putting stickers which say what alternative milk they are made with. Very reassuring! I've always loved going to coffee #1 as it's more out of the way, has a cozy atmosphere and does the best hot chocolate. And now I appreciate it for a whole other reason as well: the staff.
