Domino's Pizza - Enniskillen — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

Ordered a pizza after a long shift at work, when I got there the worker told me he had accidentally put the wrong toppings on the pizza and asked if it was okay. I asked if the topping added was gluten free and it took him a while to understand what I was asking and he said it wasn’t gluten free I told him i was coeliac and I ordered it gluten free he told me it wasn’t ordered gluten free which I find hard to believe as you have to go into a completely different section on the app to order gluten free items, he told me he could have remade it if it was NOT gluten free but that if I needed it gluten free he could not remake it.Eventually I just said it’s fine and I asked for the other items ordered and a refund for the pizza that was meant to be gluten free because I couldn’t eat it anyway so why would I pay for it, he said he couldn’t refund it because he would have to refund the whole thing. I got fed up and just took the food and left but the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally, no compensation, discount or even an apology was mentioned. I work with food myself and if this happened we would have to remake food or give discount clearly not everywhere is trained on how to deal with customer complaints or maybe dominoes just doesn’t care about the quality of their staff anymore. Hope someone higher up sees this and realises how important it is to do...

The only thing i like to purchase here is the personal pizza for £2.99; it is cheap and perfect for an individual. Every other item on the menu has an OUTRAGEOUS price, for example, 4 small cookies for £5.99. Words can’t explain how infuriating this makes me and other fellow customers. Also, the “price slice” has been a thing for years although the domino’s company is acting like it’s a new deal. Another thing that infuriates me is the fact that the domino’s staff always charge me for the small dip when i get a small pizza. 80p for what??? Anyways, please don’t advertise a “free” dip on your walls in the seating area if you won’t actually hand...

They seem to be able to cook pizzas at such a speed that it could be a serial threat to its’ rivals. On the app, we made the order for our pizzas. After making the order, we waited about 10 minutes or so for preparation of the pizza, and then- Wham!- Pizza is cooked! It was like a micro-second to cook it.
