Friendly but untrained staff. I asked for soup with a roll and was asked white or brown roll..but when it arrived it was served with burnt toast and l was informed that’s the normal..not rolls. My soup tasted delicious, but was almost cold with just a hint of warmth. I sent it back and they reheated it to scalding levels..very dangerous if l hadn’t checked on why soup was steaming. The desserts are a bit over priced( my blueberry cake cost 3.5 pounds and it is so tiny) but the tea and coffee are ok and just have reasonable prices. There chairs and tables are very cheap, but sitting next to the window would be more worth it. However, it is a very crowded place.
