It's absolutely terrible. The staff were incompetent and couldn't get anything right, it took them 5 attempts to get 2 oreo milkshakes. The system they had was also rubbish. There were far too many people in there, and staff were looking all over the place for people who had ordered. They should have told people to queue until a table opened up or something. They also ran out of napkins and tissues, so they had to give out the blue paper towels. The stairs going up to the toilets were dangerous as there was grease or something on the stairs that wasn't cleaned up. And as always with fast food restaurants, people don't clear their table as they are too ignorant to clean up for themselves. It is also very expensive for what it is and the service you get. Overall, this place needs whole new management and to hire people who can actually do their job.

Edit: The day after 2 members of our party and I had stomach issues from the food. No doubt they had probably undercooked it or something as it was a total circus in there. Definitely wouldn't recommend at all.

And Thank you, management, for a silly automated reply rather than trying to fix...

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre completely failed to handle the situation professionally — not what you’d expect from a manager.

I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me.

I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to.

This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude.

Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least...

Honestly 1 star is too generous. Our first visit and certainly will be the last, was so excited to try but unfortunately it’s all VERY OVERHYPED. Spent £25 on a meal for two people and we’re both still hungry due to the portions being absolutely appalling. The tiniest, scabbiest chicken wings I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life and they were dry as sticks/rock hard. Also left sat for awhile as they were sat in oil when we got them. The seasonings themselves were awful too, hardly tasted of anything but a slight tinge of pepper or vinegar. Cheesy chips were awful too as been sat for awhile and the cheese sauce was all congealed in a pile in the middle of the chips and also stone cold - absolutely awful. Just don’t waste your money on this overpriced rubbish unless you want chicken wings with enough meat on them to fill up a guinea pig. Just go to...

I love flavoured chicken, so I was looking for a nice place to try in Newcastle, and I was pretty excited when I found out that Wingstop serves that. Today I went to Metrocenter, and I had the opportunity to try their food. The menu had a good selection of flavours, but I decided to try the 8-piece boneless chicken with original and BBQ flavours, wingstop style fries, and the original big flavour burger. The original and BBQ boneless were my favourites; they were so hot, tender, and juicy! I also liked the burger and fries. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for good food at Metrocenter. Ambiance is good and the music created good vibes. Overall, Wingstop gets five stars from me; their customer service is phenomenal too!

First visit and will be my only visit. Ordering process isn’t very straight forward, the cashier seemed like she was in a hurry to get through the ordering. Ordered the Full Flavour Mix, a burger, and a drink, came to £24. They give you a number, it’s table service, waited roughly 10 minutes. Not many seats to choose from as it was lunch time on a weekend. Food was so so, the original wings were enjoyable, tangy with a bit of heat. The chicken tenders were dripping with oil, the wings were VERY small. They provide disposable gloves which was a plus… All in all I’d say it’s very expensive for wings, go to the well known place if you want wings!

Fast food isn’t even remotely close to what I experienced. Ordered my food on the hour and it took 40 mins to arrive. In that time I could have done a whole shop at big Tesco, ordered and completed the dhillons large kebab wrap challenge, ordered and had a dominoes delivered, completed the whole metro loop, a solid gym session, had an Evri package delivered and stood in market shaker queue and had 5 mins to spare. Scran was alright but that nowhere near made up for the diabolical wait time. In reference to the image attached, think they took this one a little to literally.
