Domino's Pizza - Nottingham - Arnold — Restaurant in Gedling

If you are vegan or vegetarian avoid this restaurant at all costs they are not a plant based inclusive food service despite advertising plant based options in their menu i have had a absolute appalling experience with them considering that i have been a customer of this branch for a year now and always placing the same order throughout the whole time i have ordered from this branch so today i ordered my usual supreme plant based pizza however it came with dairy cheese used so i rejected it and handed it back to the driver he accepted it back and phoned the manager to assist me with escalating my complaint for them using non vegan cheese the manager denied it and said its the same cheese they normally use but the cheese smelt of dairy and vegan cheese does not smell nothing like dairy and this is not the first occasion they have got my order wrong and deliberately since being a customer so they sarcastically agreed to replace the pizza but refused to admit the cheese is the dairy one what i also dont understand and dont appreciate is also they did not have the consideration to inform me at the start that the vegan cheese was out of stock before they proceeded with the order so they had no courtesy to inform me of this at the beginning so i could of cancelled the order the replacement they sent reflected the same outcome they still used dairy cheese in the replacement despite my complaint so had to phone them myself to express they have given me the same outcome with the replacement they were still denying it telling me its the same cheese they normally use they were also refusing to admit the vegan cheese was out of stock i made It clear that i am a strict vegan and since they still failed to resolve the problem and instead just kept denying the cheese being dairy i asked for them to refund me back my money as they still failed to deliver what i asked for from the beginning which is clear sign of discrimination they also refused to refund my money back they did not give a valid reason apart from saying refunds are against their policy but this is not standard practice for businesses if customers receive the wrong item or defective product they are legally eligible for a refund and businesses are legally obliged to refund the customer the fact that this restaurant failed to provide the item i asked for without informing me the item i wanted was out of stock and without giving me the option to cancel the order is also proof that this business is ran by a fraudulent party if this is not clear proof they discriminate against vegans i do not know what is after them refusing to refund me back my money they abruptly hung up on me so i have escalated a dispute against them with paypal to get my money back through this route instead vegans deserve the same mutual respect as equal to non vegans please avoid this branch at all costs if you are vegan as they no longer use vegan cheese they just wont inform you this they scammed me and refused to accept responsibility they hung up on me after refusing to refund me dominos is no longer a genuine food service save your money time and efforts and yourself the energy there are way better pizza restaurants out there that are decent and actually...

I had an incredible experience at Domino's Arnold, and I must commend the staff for their outstanding commitment to customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they genuinely care about meeting their customers' needs.

I ordered a tandoori pizza, which was labeled as halal on the packaging. However, I follow strict dietary guidelines and do not consume halal products unless they are prepared in a halal-certified manner. When I brought this concern to their attention, the staff member was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He promptly offered to make me a new pizza with the toppings of my choice, demonstrating exceptional service and attentiveness.

This experience highlights a critical point for Domino's: it’s essential to clarify the preparation methods for meat products, especially when it comes to halal certification. While some ingredients may be labeled as halal, it’s crucial to ensure that they are sourced and prepared in accordance with religious and ethical beliefs. Absolutely disgraceful! Will never ever use this branch again in Arnold, they state they do discount for NHS, Emergency Services using ID Card, that’s defo not the case, yet Mapperly Top does, strong advise for all NHS staff etc, use Mapperly Top, they do the discount plus very friendly and professional service indeed! This branch don’t know their arse from the elbow, avoid! Plus look at other reviews about them don’t look good as well! Time for a big shake up in management there!
