Quite possibly the most painful experience in trying to order a few drinks. Visited on Sunday 27th November @16:28pm (For managements purpose) to order 3 drinks.. A large Powerade, a large strawberry Coca-Cola and a regular frozen strawberry Fanta.
Tried to give the order on 3 occasions at the first post. Rather than the employee actually listening, it seemed they were trying to take notes rather than put in to the till system.
Instead, we offered to drive round to the window to place our order to ensure that it’s heard. Upon arrival at the window, we were greeted by two members of staff. Both who didn’t have a clue what was going on and actually able to communicate with customers and understand the products Burger King offers.
After repeating the order another 3 times, there were multiple payment issues. I can only assume this is down to the member of staff not being trained correctly?
After paying for our order, we were patiently waiting for the drinks we had ordered 6 times over.. to then be approached by another member of staff who told us the drinks we ordered weren’t available. Surely at the point of the order being placed they would of known if the product was available or not.
Finally, after deciding different orders because at this point we had already paid and been waiting for 10+ minutes. A different member of staff came over and gave us the drinks we originally ordered!
Moving forward.. I will boycott this restaurant and use the other few...
Read moreI will not come back makes me sick and ashamed that ive ran one of these back in America and to see how the managers and general manager here disrespected me. They called me sir when i am legally a female. The staff wasnt friendly and helpful they didnt call out orders loud enough which is poor customer service skills and tbh the food here i wouldnt even touch with a 10 foot pole. The other burger kings around in other places have better reviews and food handling then this one. This was my first and last time ill ever come around this restaurant after asking for a job as crew member but funny thing is ive ran fast food joints and been mangers of fast food chains in the united states. Even told my husband that and he agreed since hes a professional chef at a 6 star restaurant and cooks all the meals. Ive came from America with alot and i mean alot of work experience trying to get a job that i knew the ins and outs but nope. Undoubtedly the mangers and general managers need to go back through and be retrained on major sensitivity issues and customer service and go back and learn and grow to be a real team and then go get retained on propper food handling and presentation and working on call outs orders better. No wonder why everytime i walk by i dont see the drive through or place packed. Maybe this site needs to be shut down and moved somewhere else that would...
Read moreWent here for tea on 11th january at 7.35pm and first impressions of the staff was worrying a young male trainee served us, it wasn't busy at the time inside and there were a few cars in the drive through but not busy. Then another customer comes in 20 mins after us and gets his meal near enough straight away so I said to the woman who was on another till "excuse me can you tell me how much longer we have to wait as we've been waiting over 20 minutes now" she growled at me "we are going as fast as we can" and went round and said to the young lad to hurry up he was putting his hands in his pocket pulling out a receipt with the order on from his trousers then carried on putting the salad in the roll not once did any of them wash their hands and they were touching all sorts. I didn't want to eat my meal but was so hungry and my 18 month old grandaughter was tired and restless too as we thought we could quickly grab our stuff and eat it then go as it is supposed to be a "fast food" franchise, what a joke that was.
