Ordered flat whites and given lattes. I returned them and politely asked for flat whites to be told they were and that my husband had asked for large (enough said already). I get it's their business and it's doing ok but I didn't get what I asked for and industry standard. So, I tried to explain kindly what I wanted but then the lady behind the counter started to argue with me and then started smirking..she was just so rude. The man on the coffee machine then kindly offered to remake them but the lady sarkily thanked me 'over and over' for visiting. I won't be again..flat whites in a mug 🙄 I suggest cleaning the coffee machine regularly and getting another blend in too..but hey what do I know (20 years coffee industry)

Great coffee, delicious Italian bakes and friendly staff. Really enjoyed discovering the recently established Caffè Tucci in Sheffield. Also a joy hearing a bit about their story. They have done a superb job of renovating the place, including discovering the back window and raising the ceiling. The brothers get on so well and it's always good to see businesses thrive. Congratulations and thanks for your kind hospitality.

I had ordered 3 teas and a slice of sponge cake, a slice of carrot cake and a slice of fudge cake.the girl on the till said 3 sponge cakes? She must be stupid as i pointed to the cakes on the counter. After about 10 mins a waitress brought us 3 teas with no milk or sugar. It seemed like we were asking for gold the way she spoke. Then 2 cakes came but not the carrot cake. When i asked for it she seamed puzzled. She went off and came back empty handed and asked for my receipt. Luckily enough i had it ! I was bemused as this was the girl on the till and took my order. At the till there is a big bowl for cash tips. Needless to say i did not drop any coinage in. Poor service completely. Wont...

Just went in for a coffee and when we asked for a coffee with a splash of oatmilk the waitresses started to whisper to each other and put extra on the coffee without telling us. When we quested why, one of the waitresses started to shout at us saying "are you here to buy something or here to get something for free?"

How dare she? Also how dare they charge extra for oatmilk without saying it on the menu or telling you at the till? Include it in The price or don't provide it! Milk is milk! Why should I pay extra just because I'm lactose intolerant?

Never going back simply because the way the waitresses treated us and will n=ever recommend...
