Nice food, took around 50 minutes to arrive but we had ordered the starters and mains to come out together so this was understandable for a group of 6.
The background music could have been a bit better as it was pop music as opposed to something more suitable for the ambience of an arabic restaurant.
Be careful of the uneven floor levels when going to the bathroom, bit of a trip hazard, hopefully can be sorted.
The beef orzo was more of a stew than what I was expecting but obviously understand this is the traditional way and presented in a bowl than on a plate and dry like I'm used to. Unfortunatley the beef was hard with an aromatic flavour to it and only had around 2 pieces in it. I wouldn't personally get it again but this might be down to personal preference, I would go for the chicken shawarma which looked superb and plentiful.
The Galaktpboureko was a hit and was delicious.
This is a nicely refurbished restaurant, I would return again without a doubt and we are very lucky to have such a restaurant in...

The food I received was a lovely falafel wrap with tahini sauce, full of fresh, crisp lettuce. It was a perfect size and left me filled. I also had a potion of Galaktoboureko. This was my first time trying this dessert, and I can certainly say it’s now one of my favourites—flaky filo drenched in a lovely, sweet syrup.
The restaurant was immaculate, and has a nice selection of drinks. While I do not drink alcohol myself, it will be a perfect place to visit with friends who do. I look forward to experiencing more from...
Read moreAbsolute shocker. Disgusting. Spent just short of £100 and barely enough for one person. It was cold, oily and tasted awful. The hummus, sauces etc out of a jar and a packet pitta that hadn’t even been warmed. An example - meze platter - £20 - 1 cold pitta bread cut in 4 with 3 sauces out of a supermarket jar. Nearly broke a tooth on an olive pit in the salad (doesn’t say it has olives in and none present?? Tried to call the restaurant to sort but no answer just answer machine.
Avoid at all costs - ridiculously expensive for something you could get at Aldi to warm in the microwave. It was disgusting...
