Rubbish experience! I booked this for my birthday over the phone. I questioned how good this place was going to be when I phoned up. As the guy who answered the phone spoke like he didn’t know where he worked or what time it was! When we arrived they sat us in the shisha/smoking area (I don’t smoke). I was sat right next to someone smoking cigarettes and watching loud videos on YouTube. I asked why were we not sitting in the restaurant. They said it’s fully booked for promoters. This was never told to me. I had to wait ages to be served a drink so we had to approach the waitress to serve us. I didn’t want to sit eating a meal with smoke blowing in my face. I don’t know why the waitress sat us right next to him when there’s plenty seats available elsewhere. When I was looking at the menu I realised that their prices were different to what they advertised on their website! I asked why the drinks increased by £3 they said that they increased the prices and haven’t updated their website yet! Very misleading! In the end we walked out as the whole experience and service was terrible ! They only attend to you if you’re in a big group. It’s like we didn’t matter. They only care about image and looking good. Not a great place to spend your birthday. Luckily there was a lovely restaurant next door called Dolphin Incredible food and amazing service, they staff were attentive and really friendly. I was there last nights atmosphere was good, good music and singers.. I was really enjoying the shows.. “what I did not like ‘’ I was invited one of the guy in musicians, I was a ,,,guess”” because I love Albian music and some people is amazing:but the owner “the Boss” it was very rude and disrespectful.. some guys took a video of me while I was dancing… I ask them to stop … but they was still disgusting behaviour.. not like I do care …but some people can’t grow up.. but after I was taken one picture about them to show who’s invited me to explain what’s happening but ,,The Boss” sending one of his dog, ..me to delete the picture what I did … but not was a problem they did a video of me ???? I deleted the picture not was a problem from me… I am a lady not a……. And yes .. I have high standards of respect and I have high standards for myself who I am.. not just a girl … and I have my business and money,, I did not went there to catch Albanian man .. Ready I have one … that’s why I do like them culture and traditions and some people are amazing … but not the money make you to be someone … the behaviour shows everything… That’s was my experience… and never again there this...
