Very disappointing experience. Staff including cook kept going out to smoke cigarettes and look in at us!! When they eventually returned inside they didn't even wash their hands...........appalling. The food was just okay, actually very disappointing as it was greecy, and appeared to have been precooked and reheated in the microwave!! We were all surprised as the main grill was not on........how was the food being cooked? Microwaved!!!! Is this why the music was quite loud to hide the beeps?? We had ordered drinks and then another round and one of our party changed from lager to water but no new glass came with the new drink either! Nor ice or a slice of lemon! The icing on the cake (so to speak) was when a table close by spilled their drink and the staff came out to mop the floor and the mop was absolutely filthy. We will NOT be returning...

Me, my wife and two of our friends went to have food here for the first time. We were greeted with a very warm welcome. They took us upstairs to the extra seating area, it was very spacious and the decore was very minimal but beautiful all at the same time. We looked at the food menu and there was a huge variety to choose from. We ordered drinks and the meat plater for 4, it has a bit of everything from the menu, with chips and a salad. We was not disappoint at all. The service was great and they always asked us if we was ok and if we needed anything else. The atmosphere was not too loud and we all had a great time.
