Women be careful of this place, I was spiked while in Heidi’s. I would never go out with my girl mates here again as I know they wouldn’t be looked after properly if anything bad were to happen. Staff were appalling, medical woman sat there and accused me of being on drugs the entire time. I don’t understand why you would employ medical personnel when they can’t do their job, I probably should of had a ambulance called but instead I got her and a bouncer who couldn’t close the door (so everyone in the club couldn’t see the state I was in). Due to her accusation that I was on a certain type of recreational drug I didn’t get the treatment I needed. The bouncers were just as bad, we went back to retrieve a lost item about a week later, and the bouncer with a beard refused us entry. We explained that we wernt even trying to come in, but that the police had done a drug test a few days prior( was negative for all recreational drugs and goes back 7 days) once they said what they wanted, they completely refused to listen to anything else, the two bouncers on the door literally looked at the sky while we were talking to them to avoid eye contact. It seems like the medical woman said one thing and then all staff just jumped on the bandwagon despite it not being true. I agree with other reviews that the venue is great, but the staff are awful. I used to come here a hell of a lot, with my friends, family & work colleagues. There have been instances before of similar treatment explained in other reviews, but never as serious as this. I attended here last night with my friend and her partner, we travelled all the way from Swansea to come up to Cardiff for the night out. Whilst in the queue to get in we were met with a very arrogant bouncer, who questioned my friend on every single one of her details (rightfully so it is their jobs), however this specific bouncer was extremely rude and passive aggressive. My friend who has brown hair in her ID and is now blonde was questioned about her hair even whilst having dark brown roots, to which she showed photos of her hair whilst it was dark, and the bouncer said that this was not evidence and could be "photoshopped". Even whilst she gave him her phone to go through, told him all of her details and still he was persistent that it was not her. She was then asked to ring her partner and because his phone was dead they would not allow any of us entry, and took my friend's physical ID off her. This was the first place we visited in Cardiff which then prevented us from entering anywhere else, as well as the fact that my friend will now not be able to get her ID back unless we want to travel 2 hours to and from Swansea to retrieve it. This is absolutely ridiculous and the way in which the bouncer was speaking to us was disgusting. Extremely disappointed and a waste of time, money, and energy. I would not recommend visiting here unless you want your REAL ID confiscated by a rude passive...

If I could give this a zero I would. Went in there 15 minutes ago with my work employees total 7 of us, the girl behind the bar with the pink hair and the manager took an instant dislike to myself. Told me I had too much to drink when I had literally had one with food and wouldn't serve me anymore. Yet my employees who are half cut the were happy to serve alcohol. 🤔 They tried to defend it by saying I was saying I slurring my words but come on after one pint with a burger, then all staff gang up on me 3 bouncers and 2 bar staff. I'm a land lady myself and tried to explain this but wasn't getting through, they wouldn't give any names if staff who were on duty to report higher so I took a picture of the staff behind bar and got threw out. The bouncer with the beard even agreed with me that I wasn't even drunk but because the girl with pink hair took a disliking to me they totally refused to serve me and then lost the business of 7 people. All other 6 members will be placing the same review as this is disgusting treatment. Especially when the place was practically empty too. The pucture provided is the girl with the vendetta against myself but willing to serve the other group members half cut.
